Our web hosting company is looking for a highly motivated and technically savvy support intern to assist our technical support team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
· Good knowledge of support ticket management, ticket escalation, and feedback system
· Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
· Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support staff
· Document customer interactions and solutions in our customer support system
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
· Test new product releases and provide feedback to the development team
Job Requirements:
· Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
· Familiarity with basic web hosting and WordPress troubleshooting.
· Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 7 hours of online availability.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Customer service experience preferred
