We are on the verge of expanding our services to include cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, and Enterprise solutions. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team and drive growth for these new product lines.
About the Role:
The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all OneNet Servers products and services, focusing on our new cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, and Enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid digital marketing, analytics, and product management background and a proven track record of driving growth for SaaS or e-commerce businesses.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all OneNet Servers products and services, focusing on cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, and Enterprise solutions.
– Define and optimize customer journeys to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value for our new product lines.
– Conduct ongoing analysis of user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities for our new product lines.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and sales, to drive growth initiatives for our new product lines.
– Own and report on key growth metrics for our new product lines, such as user acquisition, churn, conversion rates, and revenue.
– Experiment with new acquisition channels, partnerships, and marketing campaigns to expand OneNet Servers’ reach for our new product lines.
– Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other team members to achieve company goals.
– Be a team player, willing to help to ensure the company’s success.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or a related field.
– Proven track record of driving growth for SaaS or e-commerce businesses.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as paid search, social media, and content marketing.
– Experience with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and willing to travel when necessary.
– Experience in cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, or Enterprise solutions is a plus.
