Manage your domains in OneNet Servers Client Area

Applies to: Domains registered or billed through OneNet Servers Client Area.

Use the domain view in Client Area when you need to check expiry, nameservers, WHOIS details, domain lock, renewal settings, or domain-related billing. This is the normal starting point before you move into a hosting panel or service-linked DNS screen.

Before you start

  • Log in to Client Area first.
  • Know which domain you want to manage if your account holds more than one domain.

Steps on OneNet Servers

  1. Open the domains area in Client Area and choose the domain you want to manage.
  2. Use the domain overview to review its status, next due date, and renewal state.
  3. Open the relevant section for nameservers, WHOIS details, registrar lock, or add-on services such as privacy where available.
  4. If you need to edit a live DNS record instead of moving the whole domain, switch into the service-linked DNS flow afterwards.

What you should see next

  • You should be able to tell whether the change belongs in Client Area, in a service DNS screen, or in an external DNS provider.

Common issues

  • Changing nameservers is not the same as editing a single DNS record.
  • A domain renewal issue can look like a hosting outage when the real problem is the domain status.
