By using our website or Services, or by clicking "I Agree" during sign-up or purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. The English version of the Terms of Service is the only official version. Translated versions are for convenience only and are not legally binding. These terms apply to services delivered through our UK and Nigerian operating entities.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and OneNet Servers, operated by ConqolX Technologies Limited in the UK and Nigeria. By accessing or using our services, website, or platform, or by ticking the "I Agree" box during account registration or checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
- Ticking the box or similar electronic consent is legally equivalent to signing a written contract.
- Additional policies may apply to certain services and are incorporated by reference.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into contracts.
Company Information and Contact Details
We will typically communicate with you by email or through your account on our website. By using our services, you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that they be in writing.
If we need to contact you about your account or services, we will do so via the email address on file or via the client portal. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and up to date.
Services Scope and Use
Our services include:
- Web hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, and AI-powered managed WordPress hosting.
- Domain registration and management.
- Business email solutions.
- Website and mobile app development.
- SSL certificates.
- SEO and digital marketing services.
Domain registration
- All domain registrations must comply with NiRA and ICANN policies.
- You must provide accurate, current domain ownership and contact details.
- Renewal invoices are sent 15 days before expiration.
- Domains not renewed by expiry may enter redemption with additional fees of up to USD 55 or Naira equivalent.
- Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once successfully registered.
Account security and acceptable use
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Prohibited activity includes unlawful use, spam, phishing, malware, hacking, deliberate overuse of resources, and unauthorized resale.
- We may suspend or terminate services without notice for serious or repeated violations.
We may enhance, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. If a Service is fully discontinued by us, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid periods.
Fees, Payment, and Billing
- Fees may be stated in NGN, GBP, or USD depending on the selected service, your selected currency, and the billing surface in use.
- VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes may apply where required by law and will be shown before payment where applicable.
- Recurring services are charged in advance on the billing cycle shown at purchase.
- By default, services auto-renew unless you opt out before renewal.
- We send reminder notices for consumers before auto-renewal.
- Late payment may lead to suspension after 24 hours and eventual termination.
- We may change prices with notice before the next renewal term.
- Fees are generally non-refundable once a term starts, subject to consumer cancellation rights and lawful exceptions.
- Hosting customers facing payment difficulty may request a discretionary 7-day grace period, excluding domains.
Term, Suspension, and Termination
- This Agreement begins when you accept it and continues while you have any active Service.
- You may terminate a Service or account at any time, but early termination does not usually create a refund entitlement.
- We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, material breach, security risk, or legal requirement.
- For serious breaches such as malware, persistent spam, or illegal content, termination may be immediate.
- After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and your data may be deleted.
- Domains remain under your ownership until expiry if registry requirements and renewal payments continue to be met.
Consumer Rights and Cancellation Policy
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period for online or phone purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
- To cancel, contact support with a clear statement of cancellation and relevant order or account details.
- If services were partially performed during the cooling-off period at your request, we may deduct a pro-rata amount.
- If a service was fully performed during the 14-day period at your request, such as domain registration, the cooling-off right may be lost.
- After the initial period, month-to-month and annual cancellation rights continue as set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
Privacy and Data Protection
- We process personal data in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where applicable.
- We use personal data to provide services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
- Our AI-driven tools do not access or store personally identifiable information and are governed by relevant third-party LLM terms.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent by contacting [email protected].
- If data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards.
Communications and Marketing Preferences
- Service communications are necessary operational messages and may be sent electronically.
- Marketing communications are sent only where you have explicitly opted in.
- You can unsubscribe through email links, account settings, or by contacting support.
- Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential service communications.
- We do not sell or share your contact data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
- Our software, technology, logos, trademarks, and service content remain our property or that of our licensors.
- You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them as necessary for the Services.
- You retain rights to your own hosted or stored content, while granting us the limited rights needed to provide the Services.
- We may remove or disable access to content that violates this Agreement, third-party rights, or the law.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- For business users, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for non-foreseeable loss, indirect loss, force majeure events, or business losses for consumers using the Services commercially.
- For business customers, aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected Service in the preceding 12 months, or GBP 50 for unpaid services.
- Liability is never excluded where exclusion would be unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and non-excludable statutory rights.
Complaints, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law
- Complaints should first be raised through support or the Help Center, with escalation available where necessary.
- We will consider alternative dispute resolution in good faith where appropriate.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights in Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable.
- We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a revised last-updated date.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- This Agreement, together with incorporated documents, forms the entire agreement between you and us.
- If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
- No waiver is effective unless made in writing.
- You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of business reorganization or transfer.
- Third parties generally have no right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
