Understand affiliate commissions, approval delays, and payouts on OneNet Servers

Applies to: Affiliate users who need to understand what qualifies, when commission moves forward, and what to check before requesting payout.

The live OneNet Servers affiliate configuration currently uses a 30% commission rate for qualifying referrals. It also applies an approval delay before commission becomes ready to move forward, and it uses a payout threshold in the affiliate system before payout should be requested.

Before you start

• Open the affiliate dashboard first so you can see the live status of the referral you are checking.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Review the dashboard to see whether the referral is pending, approved, or already paid.
2. Allow for the current approval delay before you expect a new referral to become payout-ready. The live system currently holds commission for 15 days before approval can move forward.
3. Check the current payout threshold before requesting payout. The live system currently uses a threshold of 15,000 in the affiliate configuration.
4. Make sure your payout details are accurate before you request payment.

What you should see next

• You should be able to tell whether the referral is still waiting, already approved, or already paid.
• You should also know whether the balance is high enough to request payout yet.

Common issues

• Pending commission is not the same as approved commission.
• Referral disputes are harder to resolve when the affiliate link or payout details were never checked first.
• Self-referrals or misleading promotion can disqualify commissions.
