Create content in PageCarton
Applies to: Legacy PageCarton projects kept for discovery and older users.
Use this guide when you are ready to add text, images, or other content blocks to a PageCarton page.
Before you start
- Open the page or section you actually want to edit before you start adding new content.
Steps on OneNet Servers
- Choose the page, block, or section you want to update.
- Enter the text, image, or media details required for that content area.
- Save the changes and reload the page preview so you can confirm the content appears where you expect it.
What you should see next
- The saved content should appear in the selected page area after the update completes.
Common issues
- Saving content without checking the front-end preview can leave layout or spacing problems unnoticed.
When to contact support: Contact support if content saves in the editor but never appears on the public page after cache and preview checks.
