How to increase the number of Google Workspace users

To add more real users in Google Workspace, you normally add more user licenses and then create the new accounts in the admin console.

What to know

• This is different from adding aliases to an existing user.
• Reducing license count can be subject to contract or billing-cycle restrictions depending on the reseller or direct agreement.
