Access PanelAlpha from OneNet Servers

Applies to: WordPress Hosting services provisioned on PanelAlpha.

Start from your OneNet Servers Client Area when possible. Use the direct PanelAlpha route only when you already know the service is mapped correctly and you need the panel itself.

Before you start

• Know which WordPress Hosting service you want to open.
• Log in to Client Area first if you want the product-linked route.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Open the WordPress Hosting service in Client Area and use the PanelAlpha login action there first.
2. If you already have a direct panel account, open https://wp-panel.onenetservers.com and sign in with the email address and password linked to that PanelAlpha account.
3. If you forgot the direct password, use the password reset on the PanelAlpha sign-in page rather than guessing credentials.

What you should see next

• You should land inside the correct PanelAlpha workspace and see your sites or the create-site view.

Common issues

• If the Client Area route opens the wrong panel account, the OneNet Servers service-to-panel mapping needs checking.
