Manage domains in PanelAlpha

Applies to: WordPress Hosting services on PanelAlpha.

This article is about attaching domains to a PanelAlpha site. It is not the same thing as domain registration or nameserver changes. Those still start from the OneNet Servers Client Area or from the place where the domain is registered.

Before you start

• Know whether you are attaching the main domain or an extra domain to an existing site.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Open the target site in PanelAlpha and go to the domain controls for that site.
2. Choose the option to add or attach the domain.
3. Enter the domain and complete the attach flow.
4. If the domain is still registered elsewhere, update the nameservers or DNS in the correct registrar or Client Area path. Use the nameserver guide if you need that part.
5. If the site needs DNS records inside the hosting panel too, use the Plesk DNS article where the domain actually uses a Plesk-managed zone.

What you should see next

• The domain should appear in the site settings and be ready for DNS validation and SSL issuance.

Common issues

• A domain can be attached in PanelAlpha and still fail publicly if the internet DNS has not been updated yet.
