Access your reseller panel on OneNet Servers

Applies to: Current reseller hosting services provisioned on Odinson through Plesk.

This guide explains the preferred OneNet route into your reseller panel and what to do if you cannot get in.

Before you start

• Log in to your OneNet client area first.
• Identify the reseller service you want to open.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Open Services and select the reseller product from your client area.
2. Use the control-panel login or reseller login action on the product page first. This route uses the service mapping attached to your OneNet account.
3. If you need direct access, use the Plesk reseller login details supplied with the service and the live host assigned to that reseller plan.
4. If login fails, reset the password from the OneNet side first where that option is available before trying direct access again.

What you should see next

• You should land in the reseller account rather than inside a single customer subscription.
• From there you should be able to manage subscriptions, domains, mailboxes, and customer access within the limits of your plan.

Common issues

• Old WHM instructions do not apply to the current Plesk-based reseller flow on Odinson.
• Using a customer subscription login instead of the reseller login can make it look like features are missing when the wrong account is actually open.

When to contact support: Contact support if the client-area login fails, if the direct credentials no longer work, or if you land in the wrong Plesk scope after login.
