Before you start

• Have the reseller service active in your client area.
• Keep the reseller login details and the customer domains you plan to manage ready.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Log in through the OneNet client area and confirm that you can reach the reseller panel.
2. Review the reseller limits attached to your plan so you know how many customer subscriptions and mailboxes you can realistically support.
3. Create the first customer subscription or hosting space with the correct domain and system user.
4. Confirm that DNS, website files, databases, and mail can be managed for that first customer before you start onboarding more accounts.
5. Document your own handover steps for customer credentials, domain pointing, and renewal tracking.
