View the credit on your OneNet Servers account

Applies to: Client accounts with a prepaid balance.

Client Area shows the current credit balance that can be used against future invoices.

Before you start

• Log in to Client Area.

Steps on OneNet Servers

1. Open the main Client Area account view or the billing view.
2. Check the balance shown for your current account credit.

What you should see next

• You should be able to tell whether your account already has credit available before you pay another invoice.

Common issues

• A paid invoice and an account-credit balance are not the same thing. One settles a specific invoice. The other stays on the account until used.
