Use this guide when you want to change the look of a PageCarton site with a different theme package.
Before you start
- Download the theme package you actually want to test before you start the install.
Steps on OneNet Servers
- Open the PageCarton theme or design area for the site.
- Browse the available themes or upload the one you downloaded.
- Install the theme and any required components that come with it.
- Reload the page and confirm the new theme appears in the active theme list before moving on to content edits.
What you should see next
- The selected theme should appear in the site design area and be ready for activation or further configuration.
Common issues
- A theme can install successfully but still need extra components or content blocks before the site looks complete.
When to contact support: Contact support only if the theme package itself is broken or the site becomes inaccessible after a verified theme install.
