What Business Email on CrossBox includes

CrossBox is the webmail experience attached to current Business Email services on OneNet Servers. It is the daily workspace for sending, reading, and organising mail.

What you should see next

• Browser-based email through CrossBox webmail
• IMAP and SMTP access for Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone, and Android
• Calendar, contacts, and collaboration features where the mailbox plan exposes them
• Mailbox administration on the Plesk side for creation, password resets, and quota changes

Common issues

• CrossBox is not the place where new mailboxes are created. That still happens in Plesk on the mail service.
