Access your Plesk control panel from OneNet Servers

Start from your OneNet Servers Client Area first. That route is safer than guessing usernames or typing the direct panel address from memory.
Before you start
- Know which hosting service you want to open.
- Log in to your OneNet Servers Client Area before you try the direct Plesk route.
Steps on OneNet Servers
- Open the service in Client Area and use the Plesk login action there first. If you are not sure where to start, use the welcome-email article to confirm the right service path.
- If the OneNet Servers button works, stay with that route. It opens the service that is already mapped to your account.
- If you need the direct route, open
https://hank.onenetservers.com:8443/and sign in with the hosting username and password tied to that service. - If the client-area button fails, use the Plesk login troubleshooting article before you keep retrying.
What you should see next
- You should land inside the correct Plesk subscription.
- From there you can move into files, databases, WordPress Toolkit, SSL, PHP, and domain controls.
Common issues
- A direct login can fail if you use the wrong service password or a stale saved password in the browser.
- The OneNet Servers login button can fail even when the hosting account itself is healthy. That usually means the linked panel route needs checking, not the website.
