Access CrossBox webmail on OneNet Servers
Applies to: Business Email services hosted on Odinson.
CrossBox is the daily webmail interface for current Business Email services on OneNet Servers. Mailbox creation and password resets still happen on the Plesk side. CrossBox is where you read and send mail.
Before you start
- Make sure the mailbox already exists.
- Keep the full email address and mailbox password ready.
Steps on OneNet Servers
- Open
https://odinson.onenetservers.com:100. - Sign in with the full email address, not just the mailbox prefix.
- Use webmail first when you want to confirm whether the mailbox itself is healthy before you troubleshoot Outlook or a phone app.
What you should see next
- You should land in the CrossBox mailbox interface.
- If webmail works, the mailbox is live and most remaining issues are app-setup or DNS related.
Common issues
- A mailbox can exist in Plesk and still fail in an app because the app is using the wrong username, old password, or wrong ports.

When to contact support: Contact support if the same full email address and password fail in CrossBox webmail itself.
