Carbon Reduction Plan
CONQOLX Technologies Limited, trading as OneNet Servers, is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030. Our total UK emissions in the year to 31 October 2026 were 0.50 tonnes of CO2e, almost all from business car travel.

Commitment to achieving Net Zero
OneNet Servers is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030.
We have worked remote-first since 2019, run our business on paperless online systems, and host client websites in a UK data centre run by a provider that buys certified green energy. This plan sets out where our emissions come from, what we have already done to reduce them, and what we will do next.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are the greenhouse gases our business produced in a reference year, before our reduction measures took effect. All future reductions are measured against this figure.
Baseline year: financial year 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.
How the figures were calculated: emissions cover UK operations only, using the operational control approach, in line with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and the UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors for company reporting. OneNet Servers owns or leases no vehicles and controls no premises: our registered address is a virtual office and all work is done from home, so Scope 1 and Scope 2 are zero. We deliver digital services, so there is no downstream transport, and inbound deliveries and business waste are negligible. Our only material source is business travel in a privately owned car: about 1,700 business miles in the year, about 1,420 miles in a 2008 petrol Ford Focus (to August 2026) at the UK Government factor for a medium petrol car, about 0.30 kg CO2e per mile, and about 280 miles in a Renault Kadjar diesel (from September 2026) at the factor for an average diesel car, about 0.27 kg CO2e per mile. Mileage is estimated and split pro rata by months. No business flights or train journeys were taken in the year.
| Emissions | Total (tCO2e) |
|---|---|
| Scope 1: fuel in company-owned or leased vehicles | 0.00 |
| Scope 2: electricity bought for premises we control | 0.00 |
| Scope 3, category 4: upstream transport and distribution | 0.00 |
| Scope 3, category 5: waste generated in operations | 0.00 |
| Scope 3, category 6: business travel | 0.50 |
| Scope 3, category 7: employee commuting | 0.00 |
| Scope 3, category 9: downstream transport and distribution | 0.00 |
| Total emissions | 0.50 |
Current Emissions Reporting
Reporting year: financial year 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026 (the same as the baseline year in this first plan).
| Emissions | Total (tCO2e) |
|---|---|
| Scope 1 | 0.00 |
| Scope 2 | 0.00 |
| Scope 3 (categories 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9) | 0.50 |
| Total emissions | 0.50 |
Emissions Reduction Targets
To reach Net Zero by 2030, we have adopted the following target: we project that our carbon emissions will fall from 0.50 tCO2e in the year to October 2026 to 0.05 tCO2e by the year to October 2030, a reduction of about 90%.
The main step is replacing the diesel car with an electric vehicle charged on a renewable tariff by 2028, alongside fewer and combined business journeys. Progress against this target will be reported each year in this plan.
| Financial year ending October | Projected emissions (tCO2e) |
|---|---|
| 2026 (baseline) | 0.50 |
| 2027 | 0.43 |
| 2028 | 0.25 |
| 2029 | 0.13 |
| 2030 | 0.05 |
Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed carbon reduction initiatives
The following measures have been put in place since 2019 and will be in effect when we deliver any contract.
| Measure | In place since | Emissions it reduces |
|---|---|---|
| Remote-first working: no central office, staff work from home, no daily commute | 2019 | Commuting (Scope 3, category 7) and office energy (Scope 2) |
| Client websites hosted in Contabo's UK data centre. Contabo states that 100% of the energy it buys is certified green | 2023 | Electricity used to run client websites |
| Paperless working: client records, projects and finance on online CRM and ERP systems | 2021 | Paper, printing and document transport |
| One online VoIP phone system in place of several separate customer service phones | 2024 | Fewer devices to make, power and replace |
| No company vehicles. In September 2026 we replaced the 2008 petrol car used for business trips with a newer, lower-emission Renault Kadjar diesel (ECO2), and we combine journeys to reduce mileage | September 2026 | Business travel (Scope 3, category 6) |
| Laptops with long battery life and efficient charging | Ongoing | Small: home electricity used for work |
Future carbon reduction initiatives
Over the next five years we plan to:
- measure our full footprint every year with the same method, so progress can be compared;
- replace the car used for business with an electric vehicle by 2028, charged on a renewable electricity tariff;
- prefer trains over cars or flights for business travel within the UK, and meet online wherever we can;
- keep laptops and equipment in use for longer, and recycle or dispose of them through certified recyclers;
- prefer suppliers that publish their own carbon reduction plans;
- build websites that are lighter and faster to load, which reduces the energy needed to serve them.
